To get to Haven Beauty at 489 Otley Rd, Adel, Leeds LS16 7NR by public transport, take bus number 1 from Leeds City Centre towards Holt Park and get off at the Otley Road/Holt Lane stop. From there, it's a short walk to the salon. If driving, head north on Otley Road from the A660 roundabout, then turn left onto Holt Lane and left again onto Otley Road where you'll find the salon on your right after a few streets/crossroads.

Ella Holmes exhibited the lady a picture of my desired nail design. After confirming the design and assisting me in selecting the colours, she commenced the nail service. Unfortunately, the end result did not resemble the initial picture at all. She then informed me that she was unable to achieve the requested design, something she should have communicated at the beginning. I paid £32 for the unsatisfactory nails. I had semi-permanent eyelashes and an eyebrow tint done by Charlotte at Horsforth Beauty Suite. It's a fantastic little spot, and Charlotte is both professional and amiable.
