Absolutely dreadful service at the pharmacy. My prescription, which included vital medications, was sent directly by my doctor. Even after two days, they had not filled it and told me to return later, citing delays. Completely unacceptable!
Ever since the closure of the Sainsbury's pharmacy, I have been directed here, which is convenient due to its proximity. The staff here are lovely, always courteous and attentive to customers, despite being constantly busy. However, the female manager is not very approachable, which is disappointing as it affects the overall team dynamic. These hardworking ladies give their all, and I am grateful for their pleasant and helpful attitude. Happy new year to these wonderful ladies, I truly value you!
I had a full day set aside for my doctor's appointment at 10.00am. However, I ended up leaving the surgery at 10.30 without anything printed off. Despite giving them until 5.pm, I still had to wait and was asked to come back in 20 minutes. Quite frustrating experience 😒...
