I utilise both the opticians and the hearing clinic here and the team on the ground are outstanding in every aspect, even when things don't go smoothly. The problem I face is that nobody ever picks up the phone at Boots. I have spent days attempting to speak to a person, the phones simply ring out with no answering service to even leave a message.
