This establishment is a dreadful place to visit, and I am perplexed as to why anyone would describe the staff as friendly. In fact, they come across as rather irritable, particularly towards men who prioritize the care of their hands and feet. Despite the place often being empty, they show no interest in accommodating male clients. It's ironic how the owner glances at the clock and then agrees to attend to you when there are no other customers around. They seem to conveniently understand English only when it suits them, disregarding your preferences. Men deserve the same level of attention and service as women, in order to encourage repeat visits. The art of nail buffing should be a basic skill for any nail salon, and if verbal communication fails, gestures should suffice. Yet, they feign ignorance. I don't appreciate the overly theatrical hand and foot massages that make it seem like they're providing a luxurious experience; I can get that from a professional massage therapist. I left feeling disgusted, especially since I had to pay for an incomplete job. A truly dreadful experience!

I must say, the services at Charene Nail Spa are absolutely fantastic. As a TV personality, it's crucial for my nails to be perfect since they're constantly on display while I'm on air. I've tried other places closer to home, but I've always been let down, leading me right back to Charene Nail Spa. Their work is truly exceptional and I am so grateful for the fabulous job they do. I have no complaints about my visit to the salon. The staff were friendly and respectful, and the interior was clean and well-maintained. They did a great job on my manicure and pedicure, including hot stone treatment for my feet and hot steam towels for my hands and feet. I will definitely be returning. Thank you.
