I went for a Shellac Manicure for the first time at Emily's today and I am extremely satisfied with the entire experience! Emily is exceptionally welcoming, skilled, and proficient at her job. It's a joy to finally discover a local beauty salon that genuinely prioritises the customer and their satisfaction. Thank you, Emily, I will definitely be returning :)

Sandy is an absolute treasure! His honesty and professionalism are truly exceptional. When it comes to men's grooming, he is an expert in every aspect. Not only is he highly skilled, but his approach is refreshingly straightforward and effective. The results he delivers are truly astounding! The establishment itself is spotless and radiates a welcoming atmosphere that instantly relaxes you.

This establishment is a dreadful place to visit, and I am perplexed as to why anyone would describe the staff as friendly. In fact, they come across as rather irritable, particularly towards men who prioritize the care of their hands and feet. Despite the place often being empty, they show no interest in accommodating male clients. It's ironic how the owner glances at the clock and then agrees to attend to you when there are no other customers around. They seem to conveniently understand English only when it suits them, disregarding your preferences. Men deserve the same level of attention and service as women, in order to encourage repeat visits. The art of nail buffing should be a basic skill for any nail salon, and if verbal communication fails, gestures should suffice. Yet, they feign ignorance. I don't appreciate the overly theatrical hand and foot massages that make it seem like they're providing a luxurious experience; I can get that from a professional massage therapist. I left feeling disgusted, especially since I had to pay for an incomplete job. A truly dreadful experience!
