Rebecca worked her magic on my hair today! I had been struggling with my curls, but she skillfully brought them back to life. My hair hasn't looked this good in ages. Rebecca's calming presence made the whole experience truly enjoyable. I wholeheartedly recommend Q Cut.
I received a full head of highlights and a haircut from Rebecca. My first visit to Q-Cuts was pleasant with a good haircut. However, on my second visit, the highlights didn't last long as they were not placed close to my roots. I had to redo them, incurring additional costs. When I raised my concerns with Q-Cuts, the response was disappointing. Despite spending nearly £300 and purchasing special hair products, the lack of follow-up from the manager left me dissatisfied. While the initial service was good, I felt let down by the quality of the haircut and highlights on my second visit.
I popped into Q Cut for the first time this week and it was a delightful experience. Alicia took the time to grasp my style preferences and offered insightful suggestions, resulting in a fabulously crafted haircut. The atmosphere was warm and inviting!
