Upon arriving at the salon for my touch-up session with Amanda, I requested that she apply as many strokes as necessary to fill the gaps. She seemed annoyed when I mentioned not seeing much improvement from the first session and stated that the purpose of the second session was to address those gaps. The next day, I was dismayed to find that there was little difference and numerous gaps still present. I left a message for Amanda, but after two weeks with no response, I reached out again. Despite this, I received no reply. Feeling ignored, I visited the salon, where Amanda, busy with a client, ignored my presence. When I mentioned the gaps, she defensively claimed that I had asked for fewer strokes, which was untrue. She also incorrectly stated that microblading does not resemble hair and that makeup is still necessary post-treatment. Amanda rushed through my session, spending only 45 minutes instead of the required 1.5 hours. She misled me about the treatment to avoid admitting fault.
