Oh my goodness! What a discovery. Used via a voucher, with adolescent son. The salon is absolutely buzzing with activity and energy. So warm and accommodating, truly a family-like atmosphere, and new clients embraced into the community. Both had shellac pedicures done beautifully by Emily, who's a superstar 🌟. My temperamental Mark had a haircut and blow-dry and he was unusually cheerful 😊. They even found a slot for me for an additional curly blow-dry, as feeling a bit left out!! They have in-store promotions, with 3 treatments for £30, so able to enjoy a full pampering session at a great price! I underwent laser treatment for my eyebrows and Renata was highly professional. She provided detailed explanations about the process. Due to my previously dark and blocked eyebrows, it will take some time to fully remove the pigment. I am delighted with the progress as my eyebrows are significantly lighter now. Despite my initial fear of the procedure being painful, it was actually tolerable, feeling more like a hot pinching sensation. Post-treatment, there was minor swelling and redness which subsided after a few hours as explained. Brow Wax- Despite having closer Benefit Brow bars, I prefer coming into town for my brow appointments with either Alice or recently Emma. They are both fantastic! Emma has done my brows the last few times (including today), she is an exceptional brow technician, offering suggestions while also attentively listening to ensure satisfaction with the shape etc. Her customer service is impeccable, I feel relaxed and her genuine interest in you as an individual shines through, she's a delightful person.
