I am thoroughly impressed with this nail salon and find it surprising to come across any negative feedback. This is my third visit, and on each occasion, the staff have been kind, welcoming, and extremely attentive when working on my nails. Choosing this salon for my holiday nails was a great decision. Thank you!
I had asked for a shape and length adjustment initially, as the nails were too short. However, the nail technician proceeded with the redo hastily without consulting me, leaving no time to request a longer length. The salon's cleanliness has been deteriorating with each visit, with nail powder scattered all over. I am quite disappointed with how my nails turned out. I have decided not to return to this salon. I kindly urge the staff to improve the cleanliness standards, especially the UV lamps, as one I used during the gel colour application was oily and dirty inside. I have attached photos showing the expectation versus reality.
