Visited Astrid and Miyu (Manchester) for a conch and helix piercing. I felt welcomed and relaxed. There are numerous beautiful pieces of jewelry to choose from at different price points. I opted for the solid gold pieces. The piercing room was well-lit and clean, and the piercer made me feel comfortable. She collaborated with me for the best placement and took into account my ear design preferences. I was anticipating the piercing to be painful but it wasn’t. She executed it so swiftly that I hardly felt a thing! She provided me with aftercare instructions and explained about downsizing in a few months. (This incurs an additional cost of £65 I believe? per piece which is something to keep in mind if opting for solid gold posts).
Got a flat helix pierced today at the Manchester store. Having purchased all my other ear jewelry from A&M (conch, 1st and 2nd lobes, and helix), I knew that the jewelry would be stunning. The entire piercing process from beginning to end was delightful, from the staff at the counter to the piercer. I would HIGHLY recommend for anyone seeking jewelry and/or piercings!
I've been purchasing my earrings from them for a long while and I absolutely love them! I've had 3 piercings done at their boutique store as well. The piercer there is friendly, knowledgeable and efficient! A pain-free experience!! And it's not overly pricey! Wonderful store!!!!
