What a fantastic spa tucked away on the 6th floor of the W hotel! I indulged in a rejuvenating facial with the talented therapist named Emily, and I was amazed at how rejuvenated and youthful my skin looked afterwards! The Comfort Zone products were exceptional, and I left with a few to continue pampering myself at home. The staff were incredibly knowledgeable, warm, and attentive. The spa ambiance was incredibly serene and inviting, and I was pleasantly surprised with a cocktail waiting for me post-treatment. A big thank you to Tamara, Emily, Agnis, and the manager Lucy for their exceptional service. I will definitely be returning for more!
This quaint little spa can feel a bit cramped during peak hours, but I strategically choose my visit times to enjoy a more relaxed atmosphere. The massage I received during my last visit was top-notch, and I regret not trying it sooner.
I was extremely let down by the lack of customer service. I had intended to surprise my mother with a lovely Mother's Day gift at the Away Spa, but unfortunately, she fell ill and couldn't make it. Despite my request to reschedule the booking for a later date, the manager refused and charged me the full amount as a no-show fee in addition to the initial payment for the treatment. This experience left a bitter taste in my mouth in terms of customer service.
