Boots is a store I usually enjoy, but today left me quite disappointed. Upon entering, I felt uncomfortably followed by an elderly security guard. After making a purchase, he insisted on seeing my receipt and checking my bag without any valid reason, displaying rather aggressive behaviour.
Mahira Khan has exceptional customer service skills. They assisted me in downloading the Boots app and helped me choose the right No. 7 skincare product. The level of service provided was outstanding, and I am pleased with the experience. I look forward to visiting more often.
