Hey, the new staff is really poor. Customer service. I will never go back there again.
I typically don't enjoy doing this... but dreadful Service, lack of care from staff and incredibly impolite! Even other boots locations; I discovered, were lamenting about the quality of service here! For a pharmacy to disregard even when I shared that reputation... just reveals it all!
Closed at 4.30 as advised, so I made sure to arrive before 4.30 to collect my son's prescription milk and medicine, arrived at 3.45 and they were already closing up. Staff ignored my attempts to get their attention by knocking on the window, rude staff. Completely unprofessional.
