I adore visiting this place. Sienna is exceptional with my lengthy locks, always achieving that natural, voluminous bounce we all admire so much.
Sienna styled my hair and did a truly fantastic job, delivering precisely what I had requested and envisioned. However, I was taken aback when I was charged £2.80 for a 500ml bottle of water at the end, assuming drinks were complimentary as in most upscale salons. If charging, it would be helpful to have a small menu available so patrons are aware of the charges for drinks. Apart from that, the space felt open and pristine, exuding an upscale atmosphere. I will return (and bring my own water).
