I highly recommend this clinic, this was my first visit and I felt at ease from the moment I stepped in, very cosy atmosphere, great decor giving off spa vibes, soothing music & smelled delightful, speaking of delightful Dr Joney & Alex were exactly that! So kind, friendly, warm & welcoming. Dr Joney performed my Co2 laser resurfacing with Alex by my side, they chatted throughout my procedure, making me feel like I was in a room with friends which put me at ease & I knew I was in excellent hands. Wow, where do I begin… Oh my goodness was my initial thoughts upon entering Dr Joney De Souza’s clinic. The scent as I opened the door was delightful and the decor, very stylish. As I strolled in, I was greeted by a lovely, smiling gentleman named Alex. He scheduled me in for my Hydrafacial treatment and introduced me to my practitioner Ryan. The gentlemen made me feel at ease and even offered me refreshments. Ryan explained the treatment steps and was very receptive to answering any queries I had. He was very gentle, even during the exfoliation part and overall it was a very enjoyable treatment. My skin feels incredibly soft to the touch, much clearer and rejuvenated. I left the clinic glowing, and have received compliments on my skin ever since! I am excited to see my skin after a few more sessions.
