Had a splendid birthday at the spa. Opted for the royal massage with a rejuvenating facial. It was truly exquisite! The spa exudes elegance.
A disappointing experience overall. It was my birthday, and my hopes were high, but unfortunately, they were dashed. The reception was unwelcoming, and my birthday was completely overlooked. I had informed your spa on two occasions about the celebration. The steam room had a peculiar odour that needs attention. After my time at the spa, when I returned to the reception to retrieve my belongings, the staff there were unfriendly and exceptionally rude. A gentleman waiting for his wife kept asking her questions, to which she responded with clear annoyance. Despite mentioning my birthday, the receptionist seemed disinterested and offered champagne, which should have been offered upon arrival. I requested orange juice instead, which took an eternity to arrive. I departed, and she didn't even inquire if everything was satisfactory.
Highly endorse this establishment. A grand and opulent spa with serene relaxation areas, pool, saunas, and treatment chambers. The facial treatment I experienced here was unparalleled, and the staff exude warmth and professionalism.
