My highlights are impeccable - the colour is consistently spot-on and those pesky greys are nowhere to be found (thank you, Louisa!). Their Keratin treatment is a game-changer, paired with a fantastic cut (shoutout to Frankie!), it keeps my hair looking great between visits (though let's be honest, nothing beats a salon blow dry!) The team is efficient, friendly, and personable - they respect your need to work in peace but are also up for a chat about anything under the sun. Plus, they are fantastic with kids too!
It's always a delight to step into the salon. A brief escape from the hustle and bustle outside, where I can unwind and be treated by a fantastic team. For me, it's Marie, Daniel, and Alice who truly elevate the experience. I must also mention the warm welcome from the reception staff and the attentive cloakroom service. The entire team works seamlessly together, making each visit a pure delight.
