I visited for a consultation which was quite swift and informative. I was assured that I would receive a follow-up email within a day or so with details on pricing, procedures, etc. Unfortunately, I never received any follow-up. It's a shame to waste money on a team of individuals who seem indifferent to whether you proceed with the procedure, especially considering the costly consultation fee.
Recently had a consultation with a Doctor. They were delightful, very kind and made me feel at ease. However, the receptionist/coordinator, Rushna, was extremely rude and aggressive. Her manner was very abrupt and her tone of voice was unacceptable. That is not the way to communicate with potential clients. I am surprised that the clinic has retained her as the point of contact for customers. Due to how she made me feel and the treatment I received, I have decided not to proceed with the treatment.
As an existing patient, I underwent keloid removal and the Doctor did an excellent job. Upon arrival, I was welcomed by a fantastic team who made me feel at ease and provided excellent care.
