Cheryl also provided me with exercises to strengthen my shoulders and prevent future injuries. I wholeheartedly recommend a session with Cheryl. At 79, I can confidently say it was the most effective treatment I have ever received.
Cheryl is the most kind, warm, and friendly individual, with a wealth of knowledge. She addressed my neck and shoulder issues on short notice, alleviating a potential migraine. I was truly impressed by her fantastic personality and compassionate nature. The next time I visit London and have the opportunity, I will definitely schedule an appointment with her. During lockdown, Cheryl also graciously provided me with treatment and advice for an old ankle injury from a distance of over 250 miles through email. I only wish she practiced closer to me!
