The staff were friendly, but the selection is somewhat limited compared to other establishments due to the smaller size of the store. Overall, it's acceptable.
I had a Lower Helix piercing done by Charlotte, and she executed it flawlessly in a quick and nearly painless manner. To top it off, I received complimentary sweets along with my sanitizer bag, which was a very sweet and thoughtful gesture. Thank you.
The service provided was exceptional; however, I opted for an upper lobe piercing which initially seemed fine. Unfortunately, the jewellery came loose and the piercing became infected within a week. I have several other piercings that have given me no trouble, so aside from the great service, I would not recommend this particular piercing.
