I CANNOT RECOMMEND! Lashes began falling off when I washed my face the day after 24 hours. Gaps were visible. I contacted her but received no response. This was my second visit. She used to be good. She should consider going back for more training to improve her skills. I won't return and won't recommend her to anyone. My eyebrow tint was also terrible. Even beginner lash technicians do a better job. Additionally, there was a man in the residence coughing, sneezing, and sniffling throughout my appointment. Going home with good lashes would have made up for it, but that didn't happen. I had an absolutely dreadful experience with the owner of this salon...I made a booking through the Treatwell platform, attended my appointment, and paid for the service at the salon (the haircut was truly terrible!?)...After 2 days, I received an email from Treatwell stating that the salon had informed them that I had missed my appointment and I was charged the full amount again!? I attempted to contact both parties via phone, text, and email but no one was willing to assist me in getting my refund back...My advice to everyone is to not switch hairstylists on a whim! and carefully inspect any new venue you plan to visit before selecting your next experience...About

Oh my goodness! I stumbled upon this salon thanks to a Groupon voucher and visited today for a full head of highlights and blow-dry - I will definitely return! Ida and the other lady (apologies for forgetting your name 😭) were exceptionally helpful and professional throughout the entire process. I have very thick hair, and many hairdressers tend to lose patience when doing highlights on me, but not these ladies! The bleach resulted in such a fantastic colour that I didn't even require a toner (a first for me, but it was fantastic 😅).
