I selected this salon as it's near my office. However, the manicure I received was the worst I've ever had. The skin around my nails is ragged, and some cuticle remains on the nail. Please avoid this place at all costs. The owner/manager lacks discretion and insists on discussing your private matters in front of others. For instance, if you want laser hair removal in sensitive areas, be prepared for an audience. I had to request privacy multiple times due to her unprofessionalism and lack of common sense. Assuming you get past this uncomfortable stage and proceed with the laser treatment, she often uses too little gel, leading to skin burns from the intense laser. I had to point out the heat levels were too high during several appointments. The only reason I returned was the low prices. She is also intrusive and pushy, making it an unpleasant experience unless you are desperate, like I was. She even suggests excessive laser treatments in intimate areas for hygiene purposes. It's not a place you want to visit. It may be cheap, but it's definitely not cheerful. Stick to waxing or maintain your natural look.About
