I happened to be in the area by chance and noticed TK Maxx there. I had an item to return, and the service was good. I also observed they had a wider selection of designer bags, watches, and lovely jewelry brands not typically found in the places I usually shop, like Charlton and Dartford. I liked it and will definitely pay them another visit. A good place to explore.
Absolutely dreadful customer service. They may be an academy focused on teaching, but that does not excuse wasting time. I was requested to come in for a skin test, arrived 30 minutes before closing, and was told I needed to return another time as they required 45 minutes. Upon calling again for confirmation, they stated only 5 minutes were necessary. Upon my return, I was informed they couldn't fulfill my request and directed me to a regular salon without even conducting the skin test. Why didn't they communicate this earlier? It's a complete farce. I proceeded to the Toni and Guy training centre up the road, where they had no issues. I recommend going there instead, it's just a 5-minute walk away. Head straight towards Tottenham Court Road station, then turn right upon reaching the station. You can't miss it.
