The most exceptional haircut I've had in London! Carlos was fantastic in suggesting the ideal way to style my hair and explaining the rationale behind it - he was also a pleasure to converse with! If I weren't leaving London, I would definitely be returning!
I work as cabin crew and stumbled upon this place during a layover... Carlos styled my hair... now I make it a point to visit every 3 weeks for his expertise... he is truly exceptional... if you can secure an appointment... he always has a queue of people waiting for him.
I have been frequenting this hair salon since January 2024, and it has become my preferred spot in Waterloo. Recently, I had the pleasure of receiving a haircut from Carole, and I am absolutely thrilled with the outcome. Carole's remarkable expertise, warmth, and meticulousness truly set her apart. The entire experience is consistently delightful, from the welcoming and amiable customer service to the top-notch service. I also want to give a special mention to Peter, with whom I had my initial haircut experience, as all members of the team are incredibly affable and hospitable.
