I visited this nail salon to try out acrylic nails on just one hand for the first time. Despite clearly stating my preference, the staff insisted on doing both hands and charging me a higher price. The quality of the nail art was subpar, and the acrylics started coming off after just a week. I would not recommend this salon and suggest looking elsewhere for better service in the UK.
As a first-time customer, I had a great experience at this nail salon. The technician was professional, provided excellent advice, and made me and my partner feel comfortable. The nails turned out beautifully, and I will definitely be returning in the future.
My experience at this salon was extremely disappointing. The nail technician rushed through my French tip nails, paying more attention to another client. I was charged a high price of £33 for a job that was supposed to last two weeks but started coming off after just four days. The customer service was terrible, and the wait time was excessive. I do not recommend this salon.
