Wonderful therapists, always so inviting and warm, Benjamin particularly is exceptional!
Incredibly simple and convenient! A 20-minute seated back massage cost only £24. It encompassed addressing all knots on the upper back, both arms, neck, and lower scalp. The ease and adaptability to simply walk in (on the ground floor towards the back near the pharmacy) were particularly fantastic.
The therapist provided a towel between my back and their hands and even placed it over my head. Perhaps they wanted to avoid touching my attire. This was a first for me. Consequently, they kept tugging on my hair and the massage felt peculiar, uncomfortable, and disrupted. I attempted not to take it personally, but it was truly bizarre. The other therapist seemed not to use a towel. I am a visitor and had previously visited the Fitzrovia branch last week, which was fantastic, so I will return there or explore a different branch.
