The service at Punktured is exceptional. Chloe was incredibly kind and patient when piercing my 7-year-old's ears, and she did a fantastic job as there have been no complications or swelling since. I also had booked a navel piercing, but unfortunately, my belly button wasn't suitable. Chloe took the time to explain this to me, was very considerate, and promptly refunded my deposit. Recently, I returned as my daughter lost the earring, and her ear had started to heal slightly, and once again, Chloe was exceptional.
