It's truly disappointing to have to express a negative opinion despite the delightful nature of the individuals. I've had my nails tended to on three occasions by three separate nail technicians, Lily, Charlotte, and Rosie. Unfortunately, in the case of the first two, my nails ended up cracked (without any damage to my own nails, the polish just cracked), two of them neglected to do any cuticle work at all, and each time the result was uneven! It appears that the proprietor is more focused on the business aspect and perhaps profit-making rather than the quality of the services provided.
