The finest spa I've frequented. Treatments are exceptional and leave you feeling rejuvenated and calm. The spa itself is stunning, with a delightful relaxation area to unwind before and after treatments. The proprietor is delightful and will bend over backwards to provide assistance and advice along with incredible treatments. The staff are eager to enhance your experience and treatment to the best of their ability. It's truly disappointing to have to express a negative opinion despite the delightful nature of the individuals. I've had my nails tended to on three occasions by three separate nail technicians, Lily, Charlotte, and Rosie. Unfortunately, in the case of the first two, my nails ended up cracked (without any damage to my own nails, the polish just cracked), two of them neglected to do any cuticle work at all, and each time the result was uneven!
