Eleanor was absolutely fantastic! Being from a different region, I required a quick fringe trim and she managed to accommodate me promptly. Her treatment made me feel like a regular customer. We devised a plan together, she showed me kindness and displayed great thoughtfulness in her service. The fringe turned out wonderfully! Spent a delightful afternoon at Not Another Salon today. Opted for a cut & consult to discuss returning my hair to its natural colour. From the moment I stepped in, I was greeted with genuine warmth. Norman attentively listened to my desires and expertly laid out the possibilities. I valued his candid advice and left feeling overjoyed. There was no pressure to purchase anything, which was refreshing. My new haircut is simply fabulous, and I couldn't be happier. While my hair isn't currently strong enough for a colour bleach, I appreciate their honesty in prioritising hair health. I'll be returning in 8 weeks and am excited for the hair journey ahead!About

I had the most amazing experience yesterday at this fantastic hair salon. The minute you step through the door you feel like you’re in safe hands and can relax! I was going yesterday for an especially big change as I was donating my hair to The Little Princess Trust and so wanted to make sure I could trust my hairdresser to do a great job. As I had previously had an appointment with Tilly 6 months ago I immediately knew who I was going to book this time, and I’m so glad I did! I would recommend Tilly to anyone! She listens to exactly what you want and uses her magic to create just that! Asking questions throughout to make sure you’re happy! 💜 but even though my appointment was with Tilly the other stylists Rosie and Jayden were involved too and to be honest I would recommend and feel relaxed with all of them. Their attention to detail is second to none! ✂️ thank you so much for another wonderful experience I will for sure be returning when I need another cut! Worth every penny ⭐️About
