The salon is spotless and looks even more beautiful after the recent renovation. I used to be a loyal customer during my time in Liverpool, and I have never encountered a place where I was as satisfied with the nail services and delightful customer care as Nail Lounge. Spent a delightful afternoon at Not Another Salon today. Opted for a cut & consult to discuss returning my hair to its natural colour. From the moment I stepped in, I was greeted with genuine warmth. Norman attentively listened to my desires and expertly laid out the possibilities. I valued his candid advice and left feeling overjoyed. There was no pressure to purchase anything, which was refreshing. My new haircut is simply fabulous, and I couldn't be happier. While my hair isn't currently strong enough for a colour bleach, I appreciate their honesty in prioritising hair health. I'll be returning in 8 weeks and am excited for the hair journey ahead!About

I was going yesterday for an especially big change as I was donating my hair to The Little Princess Trust and so wanted to make sure I could trust my hairdresser to do a great job. As I had previously had an appointment with Tilly 6 months ago I immediately knew who I was going to book this time, and I’m so glad I did! I would recommend Tilly to anyone! She listens to exactly what you want and uses her magic to create just that! Asking questions throughout to make sure you’re happy! 💜 but even though my appointment was with Tilly the other stylists Rosie and Jayden were involved too and to be honest I would recommend and feel relaxed with all of them. The prices are reasonable, and the staff definitely know their stuff. However, I won't be back because I often feel like I'm an inconvenience to them. I've had to repeatedly point out that the wax was too hot, only to be dismissed with excuses like 'your skin is cold'. They rushed through the process without taking care to ensure the wax wasn't scalding my skin. On top of that, I was rudely told I should consider treatments for cellulite and spider veins - completely inappropriate. Booking through Treatwell seems to create tension, and the overall experience is soured by this. While I understand the challenges small businesses face with platforms like Treatwell, the quality of service is overshadowed by these negative interactions.
