This establishment is a hidden treasure. Alex and the rest of the team are exceptionally welcoming and skilled professionals. The salon is spotless and looks even more beautiful after the recent renovation. I used to be a loyal customer during my time in Liverpool, and I have never encountered a place where I was as satisfied with the nail services and delightful customer care as Nail Lounge. I already miss this place. Keep up the fantastic work, folks. The standard British manicure chipped quickly after application. The filing was subpar, leaving a scratchy feeling that required personal correction. Disappointment arose from the £23 charge for gel removal and polishing, sans manicure inclusion. Rating two stars for amicable staff who waived the additional manicure fee.
