The standard British manicure chipped quickly after application. The filing was subpar, leaving a scratchy feeling that required personal correction. Disappointment arose from the £23 charge for gel removal and polishing, sans manicure inclusion. Rating two stars for amicable staff who waived the additional manicure fee. Albeit, cancellation of my Treatwell appointment necessitated cash payment, impeded by malfunctioning ATMs in the vicinity.
Accompanied my sibling for a birthday indulgence and experienced one of the finest manicures to date. The team exuded warmth, and the array of colours and designs was exceptional! Reasonably priced too. Certainly planning a return visit!
Thrilled as a first-time visitor - underwent gel X removal, BIAB treatment, and gel manicure, all completed in under an hour and at a competitive rate, particularly for Zone 1. Adoring my charming new nails!
