This establishment is a hidden treasure. Alex and the rest of the team are exceptionally welcoming and skilled professionals. The salon is spotless and looks even more beautiful after the recent renovation. I used to be a loyal customer during my time in Liverpool, and I have never encountered a place where I was as satisfied with the nail services and delightful customer care as Nail Lounge. One of the finest pedicures I've ever experienced. The nail specialist skillfully trimmed my nails, including the delicate areas prone to ingrown issues. It's a rare talent to perform this task correctly without causing future nail problems. The service was thorough, the pricing was reasonable, and the salon was impeccably clean. Additionally, they were able to accommodate me for a walk-in appointment.
I opted for an acrylic treatment at the nail salon, and it was quite disappointing. The application was uneven, resulting in visible bumps and air bubbles. The nails started to chip within days, and the overall quality did not match the price paid. The results were underwhelming. During my visit, the nail technician appeared unprofessional – almost dozing off while attending to my nails. It's disconcerting to think that someone in charge of personal grooming isn't fully focused. Not an experience I'd recommend to others.
