I used to visit this establishment for years for waxing but after my last appointment, I won't be returning. I mentioned that the wax was too hot, but the therapist ignored my concerns and proceeded to apply it, even on areas that had already been waxed and were more sensitive to the heat. Their technique was odd and very painful, causing discomfort. I've been getting waxed for years and this is the first time I've had to cry out in pain! Not happy with the experience, they've lost a customer.
