Gemma was amazing, it was the perfect deep tissue massage. I could tell that she was working knots with a firm pressure, whilst still giving me an extremely relaxing massage at the same time... so good that I fell asleep. She done full body and it was wonderful from start to finish. I've never enjoyed a leg massage before until today, and it was actually my favorite part of the treatment. A beautiful calm room. I'm so glad I chose to try her. I can't wait to visit again. I used to visit this establishment for years for waxing but after my last appointment, I won't be returning. I mentioned that the wax was too hot, but the therapist ignored my concerns and proceeded to apply it, even on areas that had already been waxed and were more sensitive to the heat. Their technique was odd and very painful, causing discomfort. I've been getting waxed for years and this is the first time I've had to cry out in pain! Not happy with the experience, they've lost a customer.
