Today, my daughter-in-law went in for a haircut where the stylist kept making derogatory remarks about her hair and ended up cutting it too short and unevenly. This left my daughter-in-law feeling very self-conscious. When she voiced her concerns over the phone, she was instructed to return so they could assess the situation. Upon her arrival, she was accused of lying, and all they did was straighten her hair, further exacerbating her distress with their comments. I would not recommend this establishment as they have a tendency to undermine people's self-esteem with their unprofessional conduct. I hesitated to give a star rating, but it is necessary for me to post this so you can respond - I am well aware that her account is not false, as once again, she was labeled a liar. I got in touch with the salon following a bad experience with my previous hairdresser. They did a fantastic job fixing it. The level of customer service was outstanding.
