My appointment for a haircut was a bit of a letdown at this place. I had booked in advance but it appears that punctuality isn't their strong suit. The stylist I was scheduled with arrived nearly half an hour late, and the haircut and styling took a whopping one and a half hours. This delay caused me to be almost an hour late for my next commitment. To add to the frustration, I was charged £45 despite not even receiving a hair wash, whereas the initial quote was £38. When I inquired about the discrepancy, the hairstylists seemed unsure, and there was a visible lack of clarity between them and the owner. It seems like the pricing is ad hoc rather than following a fixed rate as advertised.About

Despite the option to seek another salon, I wouldn't consider it. Kuldip's meticulous service during my initial visit was exceptional. I've had my fair share of disappointing haircuts due to my double crown, often leaving feeling dissatisfied and disliking my hair. However, this time was different - I left feeling confident and happy with the result. If you struggle with a double crown and the uncertainty of a successful outcome, I highly recommend this salon. Salma and Reshma usually take care of these for me. I recently tried the BIAB treatment as well, and my nails have been growing beautifully since. The eyebrow threading is painless, thanks to their expertise. Salma and Reshma are both delightful, provide top-notch service, offer valuable advice on maintaining my lashes, and are incredibly helpful with recommendations. They are a pleasure to converse with.
