My appointment for a haircut was a bit of a letdown at this place. I had booked in advance but it appears that punctuality isn't their strong suit. The stylist I was scheduled with arrived nearly half an hour late, and the haircut and styling took a whopping one and a half hours. This delay caused me to be almost an hour late for my next commitment. To add to the frustration, I was charged £45 despite not even receiving a hair wash, whereas the initial quote was £38. When I inquired about the discrepancy, the hairstylists seemed unsure, and there was a visible lack of clarity between them and the owner. It seems like the pricing is ad hoc rather than following a fixed rate as advertised.About

I underwent a Guinot Hydradermie facial by Kuldip, but alas, my subsequent appointment got cancelled owing to an accident she had. My rescheduled session is set for May. Despite the option to seek another salon, I wouldn't consider it. Kuldip's meticulous service during my initial visit was exceptional. Formerly accustomed to caci facials, I am now a devoted fan of the Guinot hydradermie by Kuldip. Also, adore your dog and the array of sweets at the reception. Many thanks, Kuldip. The staff here are exceptional and always go the extra mile. My go-to treatments are lash lifting and tinting, along with eyebrow threading and tinting. Salma and Reshma usually take care of these for me. I recently tried the BIAB treatment as well, and my nails have been growing beautifully since. The eyebrow threading is painless, thanks to their expertise. Salma and Reshma are both delightful, provide top-notch service, offer valuable advice on maintaining my lashes, and are incredibly helpful with recommendations. They are a pleasure to converse with. As evidenced below, they consistently deliver outstanding results. I also had my hair dyed by Jasvir, who was equally helpful and provided great recommendations.
