I visited this establishment last Thursday to have my eyebrows waxed in preparation for a formal occasion. Initially, my eyebrows had a pleasing shape, but unfortunately, the individual performing the waxing removed excessive hair from both the top and bottom, resulting in a misshapen and sparse appearance. It was not surprising that the salon was devoid of customers. I was left sitting in silence while my hair was being poorly handled. The staff even had the audacity to ask for an extra fee just to dry my hair at the end. The overall lack of customer care and professionalism was truly shocking.
