Today, upon collecting my prescription checked by two staff, I discovered one item missing, causing inconvenience. The staff seem indifferent to the growing queue of frustrated customers, showing no urgency in serving. I endured a 35-minute wait today to collect a prescription due to a customer indecisive about face cream, making it a frustrating experience. Fortunately, this visit marks my final time at this place.
