Exceptional service and lash set. All the individuals are incredibly warm & hospitable.
This is my inaugural visit to the salon. I opted for the classic set for my eyelash extension. It was quite a departure from the image I presented. Moreover, it took an exorbitant amount of time. I was present for 2 hours, which is longer than I've ever experienced (I was there from 12.40 until 14.38). I wouldn't mind if the technician focused solely on me, BUT she engaged in phone conversations 5 times and typed on her phone frequently. (Additionally, the salon clarified many other details to me but failed to mention the service they provided, and all I overheard during the technician's phone calls was personal matters) All I could do was lie there with my eyes shut.
