Spent a delightful afternoon at Not Another Salon today. Opted for a cut & consult to discuss returning my hair to its natural colour. From the moment I stepped in, I was greeted with genuine warmth. Norman attentively listened to my desires and expertly laid out the possibilities. I valued his candid advice and left feeling overjoyed. There was no pressure to purchase anything, which was refreshing. My new haircut is simply fabulous, and I couldn't be happier. While my hair isn't currently strong enough for a colour bleach, I appreciate their honesty in prioritising hair health. I'll be returning in 8 weeks and am excited for the hair journey ahead!About

What a fantastic experience! I popped in for a wash, cut, and blow-dry with Jae Park. The salon has a unique charm and character, and Jae was a fascinating individual to converse with, exuding a serene presence. They have a distinct cutting style, and you really have to have faith in their process. Jae is unapologetic about their techniques, and I absolutely admire that. My new haircut is simply fabulous, and the whole experience was truly memorable.About

I had the most amazing experience yesterday at this fantastic hair salon. The minute you step through the door you feel like you’re in safe hands and can relax! I was going yesterday for an especially big change as I was donating my hair to The Little Princess Trust and so wanted to make sure I could trust my hairdresser to do a great job. As I had previously had an appointment with Tilly 6 months ago I immediately knew who I was going to book this time, and I’m so glad I did! I would recommend Tilly to anyone! She listens to exactly what you want and uses her magic to create just that! Asking questions throughout to make sure you’re happy! 💜 but even though my appointment was with Tilly the other stylists Rosie and Jayden were involved too and to be honest I would recommend and feel relaxed with all of them. Their attention to detail is second to none! ✂️ thank you so much for another wonderful experience I will for sure be returning when I need another cut! Worth every penny ⭐️About

I've been getting my hair done here since 2008. I've remained loyal and haven't ventured elsewhere because of the exceptional service. I've tried other salons, but none have matched the quality of service and cut that I receive here. Since 2008, I haven't had a single complaint. They've consistently been the best in East London. Eleanor was absolutely fantastic! Being from a different region, I required a quick fringe trim and she managed to accommodate me promptly. Her treatment made me feel like a regular customer. We devised a plan together, she showed me kindness and displayed great thoughtfulness in her service. The fringe turned out wonderfully!
