What a fantastic experience! I popped in for a wash, cut, and blow-dry with Jae Park. The salon has a unique charm and character, and Jae was a fascinating individual to converse with, exuding a serene presence. They have a distinct cutting style, and you really have to have faith in their process. Jae is unapologetic about their techniques, and I absolutely admire that. My new haircut is simply fabulous, and the whole experience was truly memorable.
The hairdresser at this salon completely missed the mark in terms of professionalism; their attitude was not just unprofessional but rather arrogant and snobbish. Witnessing how they interacted with other clients was quite a spectacle. It's rather surprising to see someone behave in such a manner and still expect to retain business. Being skilled at your craft does not excuse rudeness.
