This was my debut at the salon, decided to give it a shot as I needed a toner for my balayage and a trim.

I recently visited a local barber for a haircut, and it was superb! The atmosphere was welcoming, and the barber was incredibly skilled. They paid attention to my requests and delivered an excellent haircut. I will definitely return for my next trim!

The entire team is fantastic! I received an ash blonde balayage on my untreated hair, along with a cut and blow dry. The whole process was very transparent, and Jade adjusted the look to complement my skin tone. Everyone was incredibly welcoming, and I am thrilled with the final look! X

If you want the most stylish and fantastic hair colour and cut, you need to try and get an appointment with Imani. She has been taking care of my hair for the past few years and I have to say that it's always amazing! My hair is actually a bit of a head-turner (images for proof) though it's a bit odd when people stop you on the street constantly to ask about your hairstylist :) I love stylists that understand trends but can apply them to your daily life. Obviously, you can always have a classic cut and it will be superb, but if you are after a modern, cool and brilliant hairstyle, leave it to her. I promise you, you won’t regret my words.

I am quite particular about my hair, and with the abundance of barbers in Manchester, it's challenging to find one that can cater to my curly locks just right. Then I discovered Alex. Talented, friendly, and highly regarded within the community (often people are seen socializing, reading newspapers, and engaging in conversations). Personally, I believe he should consider increasing his prices, but he seems adamant about keeping them at their current rate. This likely makes The Mane Master Studio one of the top bargains in Manchester. Pay Alex a visit and witness his skills firsthand.

The sudden influx of negative reviews around the same period likely signifies a decline in the salon's standards during that time. My personal experience involved a cut and colour service carried out by a stylist charging senior rates, who nevertheless had to seek guidance from the owner regarding colour selection and application techniques. Regrettably, I left the salon with no discernible change to my appearance but a noticeable dent in my wallet. Throughout the appointment, there was a distinct lack of communication, creating an unwelcoming and elitist atmosphere that deterred me from expressing my dissatisfaction. Interestingly, my initial review for the salon awarded five stars following a stellar service by a former employee, who unfortunately departed on maternity leave and never returned. Mentioning this positive experience to Guy on a subsequent visit was met with indifference, as he dismissed the significance of reviews. How perspectives have shifted, Guy.
