Be cautious! This place has been taken over by a fresh face. Very unprofessional. Leanne the massage therapist was chatting on the phone throughout the massage. She seemed clueless about what she was doing. I experienced intense pain and was left bruised for a whole week. She remained in the room while I undressed. Instead of massage oil, she used baby oil to cut costs. The room was not tidy. I highly doubt her qualifications. It's such a shame, as I had been a regular visitor for years before the change.
Received a massage voucher as a 40th birthday gift. I booked an appointment, only to receive a call an hour before my scheduled time from 'Molly' informing me that they would not honour the voucher because I had visited the establishment in the past. It had been 5 years since my last visit, how was my friend supposed to know when she purchased the voucher? She yelled at me, stating she didn't care who bought it for me, I couldn't use it, and then abruptly hung up. Definitely not the kind of energy you want during a treatment. It turned out to be a lucky escape, I just hope my friend can get a refund.
I had a Groupon voucher and when I called to make a booking, the person on the phone told me they are no longer accepting Groupon vouchers! Absurd, considering they are still selling vouchers on Groupon! Avoid this place, they are experts at deceit!
