I concur with prior observations regarding the customer service lacking quality and displaying a tendency towards rudeness and roughness. My visits have been limited due to my recent relocation to the area, and I do not plan on returning. During my last visit, I opted for a shellac manicure which failed to endure even a week, a highly disappointing outcome. It is evident that subpar gel polishes are being utilised, resulting in short-lived results.
Having frequented this salon for the past few years, I consistently experience exceptional service. The staff are courteous, execute requests precisely, offer a wide array of colours, and maintain reasonable pricing and appointment availability. I have no intention of seeking services elsewhere!
