Mina (Amy) was absolutely fantastic. She was incredibly helpful in selecting colours and choosing nail art that would complement my nail length and shape. Mina performed both my manicure with nail art and pedicure (which was exceptionally relaxing in the very comfortable chairs with a foot spa). I wholeheartedly recommend her services, 10 out of 10!

If I could rate 0, I would. I scheduled a powder sns at 11 and a pedicure at 1215 (I mistakenly selected the wrong pedicure in the system apparently!). Upon arrival, I requested to have both services done simultaneously as I was in a hurry. The pedicure was completed using regular nail polish instead of gel, despite my repeated requests at the reception. Furthermore, my manicure was hastily done and poorly finished. I was treated disrespectfully and forced to pay the full price, despite my dissatisfaction with both services, which I clearly communicated. This has been the most appalling service I have ever encountered, primarily due to how I was made to feel responsible for everything. I strongly advise avoiding this nail salon; they mistreat customers, overcharge, and fail to acknowledge when a service does not meet the customer's expectations, which is unacceptable in this industry, in my view.

The service was delightful and courteous. I opted for SNS nails, and the entire experience was incredibly pleasant. There was a fantastic selection of colours, and the results were excellent!
