Mina (Amy) was absolutely fantastic. She was incredibly helpful in selecting colours and choosing nail art that would complement my nail length and shape. Mina performed both my manicure with nail art and pedicure (which was exceptionally relaxing in the very comfortable chairs with a foot spa). I concur with prior observations regarding the customer service lacking quality and displaying a tendency towards rudeness and roughness. My visits have been limited due to my recent relocation to the area, and I do not plan on returning. During my last visit, I opted for a shellac manicure which failed to endure even a week, a highly disappointing outcome. I understood that a single sports massage wouldn't resolve these issues, but I must say Matilda pinpointed my areas of discomfort with precision and worked diligently on them. I haven't felt this good in years, and the most gratifying outcome of the initial session was the restored mobility I hadn't experienced since my 20s. I had resigned myself to living with rounded shoulders and back pain, but Matilda gave me hope. Unlike other establishments I have visited (and I have tried them all), she didn't overwhelm me with an elaborate stretching routine. Instead, she prescribed a simple stretch to perform in the morning and evening to target the specific muscles.
