Mina (Amy) was absolutely fantastic. She was incredibly helpful in selecting colours and choosing nail art that would complement my nail length and shape. Mina performed both my manicure with nail art and pedicure (which was exceptionally relaxing in the very comfortable chairs with a foot spa). I wholeheartedly recommend her services, 10 out of 10!

I concur with prior observations regarding the customer service lacking quality and displaying a tendency towards rudeness and roughness. My visits have been limited due to my recent relocation to the area, and I do not plan on returning. During my last visit, I opted for a shellac manicure which failed to endure even a week, a highly disappointing outcome. It is evident that subpar gel polishes are being utilised, resulting in short-lived results.
